yeah, and there is posole on christmas eve (himself 
doesn't want to even think about pickled pig's feet, my 
hungarian mama's tradition), and the xmas roast beast with 
brussell sprouts, harvard beets and creamed onions.

nice thing about the two of us, is that dessert usually 
tends to be a favorite ice creanm,  cuz after the gifting 
cookie frenzy, i don't want to bake a goll-dandged thing. 
 oh, wait... he asked for plum pudding this year.....
