Not sure if she's added to the document, but I will ask.
As to language, the westernmost is by far predominant (400K speakers, compared to around 5-10K for the others, I think).

The last link is to the Fryske Akademy.  They are, hands down, some of the nicest people in the world.  Most of them speak English quite well.  They greet ex-pats,  those of Fryske descent, and those interested in the language with great delight, happily directing questions to the expert whose field is most germaine.  I recommend them highly.  They were very helpful when I was documenting my name.
