[Sca-cooks] [MCG] Need a good online source for Duck Fat

Eduardo,

In this neck of the woods, Whole Foods sells duck fat. I would expect a good butcher to have some. Also, you can trim a fair amount of fat off those 15 lb of legs. Are you making a large batch of duck confit?
