[Sca-cooks] Cook's Illustrated

Speaking of the best saute' pan, I bought the highly recommended inexpensive one and I LOVE it!  I've used their product testing results for many shopping trips!  Their articles are filled with excellent photographs or drawings that really help take you through the recipe/technique.
