[Sca-cooks] Spice Measurement Question

So I have this soup recipe I want to make for tonight that calls for 2 teaspoons of cumin seeds, lightly toasted and ground. I'm assuming this means starting withe 2 teaspoons of whole cumin seeds and then grinding them. Since I don't have whole cumin seeds, I'm just going to use the ground cumin in my spice cupboard...
My question is, how much of the ground cumin corresponds to 2 teaspoons of whole? Any suggestions?
