[Sca-cooks] Looking for complete nutrition table

I really like the Nutritional Almanac for this sort of thing.  Don't think
the list of odd things is going to be very extensive, but the raw and
prepared food lists are pretty extensive.

list of nutritional values for a very extensive list of raw
