They were a staple at my house growing up, I even asked for one for a 
birthday dinner once. :-)
 
Mom always treated them just like a turkey, even used the same stuffing 
recipe, and that's what I do, too.  I've never seen cooking instructions like that 
ona chicken - but then, all I usually do is look for the chart that tells me 
how long to cook it...
