Mark Grant's volume Roman Cookery: Ancient Recipes for Modern Kitchens
features a number of recipes from Cato or suggested by Cato.
Cato and Varro: On Agriculture (Loeb Classical Library No. 283) is 
available in a hardcover
edition for $24.
