Glad to have been of help. I too think that SCA Cooks is the best
and most helpful of the cookery lists. (And of course SCA Subtleties
is the best specialized narrow focused list ;-) )
Let me know if your apprentice needs more.
There's a good summary of the Doctor Steven's water in MWBoC
and that version also uses pellitory.
For documentation purposes and interesting reading, C. Anne Wilson's
Water of Life talks about cordial waters too and is worth a look.
