In addition, you find there:

Granado, Libro de arte de cozina, 1614 edition (the first one dates from 1599, if i am not mistaken)

Nostredame, Tratado de las confituras, 1552 (also available in other languages in other places)

Arte de cisoria, a 15th century carving text, in the 1766 edition.

De Nola, 1529 edition.

As for the Libro del arte de cocina de Domingo Hernández Maceras, the book has been edited and commented on by María de los Ángeles Pérez Samper. Among other things, she reviews Spanish cookery books and nutritional habits of the "Siglo de Oro" in a comprehensive introduction.
