Yeah, I figured. My main quibble here is that lefse are eaten with  
things other than lutefisk, and your association between lefse and  
accompaniment seems a little... um... unidirectional... if you see  
what I mean?

For example, if one went to the Florilegium looking for things to  
serve with lutefisk, they would soon hit the references to lefse. They  
are That Stuff You Eat With Lutefisk.

On the other hand, if they were looking for A) things to serve at a  
smorgasbord, kala, smorrebrot, or thorrablot, or B) things to serve  
with butter and cloudberry jam, or with Swedish meatballs, would they  
be able to find lefse information if they weren't thinking in terms of  
lutefisk accompaniments?

I guess I'm asking if, and how, things are cross-referenced.
