[Sca-cooks] The Chopping Block-- First Episode

NBC's new reality chef's show The Chopping Block
kicks off tonight at 8 PM Eastern.

I've read a few things on the web that indicates it's like the
Restaurant Wars episode of Top Chef but personally I think the format
is going to resemble that of BBC America's Last Restaurant Standing.
Anyway it's on tonight at an early hour.
