One.  The question came off the Outlands list.  It can reasonably be assumed 
that the temperature is 320 degrees F.

Two.  If it was 320 degrees C., that would be a heat source capable of over 
600 degrees F.  That makes the question moot, as bread is usually baked 
between 350 and 500 degrees F, depending on the recipe.
