[Sca-cooks] Terminology/substitute questions

Yeah, I'm lousy with names...it's actually amazing that I got two of the
three parts correct!  I love her translation of the text, and use only that
one at this point.  But when I did the redaction I shared in the previous
message, she hadn't published her translation yet (1997).
