[Sca-cooks] was cheap, now expensive foods

As for boneless ribs - everything here is boneless. We were looking
for meat to make an "Italian gravy" and couldn't find anything with
bones. Finally found one piece and had to make due. Here everyone must
want simple but they don't understand that it's the bones that have
the flavor. It was very confusing.
