[Sca-cooks] Candied fruits--oranges and lemons

I didn't find them worth the bother in this case.
I had a very limited supply and that store has closed
so I may never see them again.
We've lost another gourmet/produce store within the last month;
we have fewer choices all the time for the unusual.
