The Food Issue of _The New Yorker_ arrived in the mailbox yesterday, and 
it is splendid. If you don't have a subscription, find a newsstand! Lots 
of really wonderful stuff, including a rather lengthy article on doing 
Thanksgiving dinner overseas. And an article on poutine that raised my 
cholesterol a few notches. ;-)
