gee, i just broke down our 23 lb. turk-zilla (for two
people and freezer fodder) and rather than having to eat
it all week, have lovely sliced breast, dark and white
cubed in the freezer waiting for next week, and the
stock/carcass is bubbling away.
and the pussacats are giving thanks for the soggy skin.
