Yes, our budgets are done by head count as well.  The dollar amount (US) has
crept up over the years (remember when we could do a feast for $4/head???).
Nowadays, we usually get anywhere from $6 for a simple feast to $9 or more
for a more complex feast...something where hard to find ingredients are
used, etc.  There is no overall cap on how much we get for a feast.
