 Foodsaver V3825. It is a stand up model and works well.

 

I highly recommend the seal-a-meal type machines for

camping. I have too much to do at events to spend

all day in camp making dinner. Besides, boiling bags

help cleanup immensly. 

 

I am thinking of writing an article on foodsaver camping

for the upcoming TI cookery issue.
