[Sca-cooks] Quince Query

We were just talking about quince the other day (I had quince paste to go
with the cheese board).
And, I just went through the wikipedia site.  It's worth a look to learn a
bit more about the fruit and it's properties.

My guess is that it's the liquid that you boil and sweeten and not the mush
but I have no evidence to point you to in order to verify my opinion.
