So what's new?  It seems like they are out to squeeze every last dime out of
us!  But it is something you can check on before you go.  Ask your credit
card company and bank if they do.  Almost all charge for ATM transactions
that are done at machines that do not belong to their bank...that is the
case here in the US.  One other point, and this applies across the board no
matter where you are.  When you are purchasing something with a debit card
and the clerk asks "Credit or debit," always choose credit.  That way you
don't pay that extra fee.
