[Sca-cooks] Paneer

I am helping out at an event in a few weeks and have chosen to make and demo
paneer.

I have done some research but cannot find the origins - does anyone have a
direction to point me toward so I can have some documentation with me?

Even without documentation I will still be making it and demo-ing it because
it's easy and fun and I do not have time to decide to make something else.
