[Sca-cooks] Mystery munchie

R&M went to the Indian grocery today to pick up a few things,
including some chutney for my pbc sandwiches for lunch ;-) and they
brought me back a mystery munchie. We have no idea what it is, since
it isn't labelled, and they decided it was for me because it was
sprinkled with chopped cilantro and chilies, and I have now tried it.
It's rather good, so I'd appreciate it if anyone can tell me what it is.

It looks like a yellow sheet cake, but cut in squares, like cornbread,
and just a tiny bit oily. It's about an inch thick/deep, and is
definitely savory. In addition to the sprinkles on top, there are the
same flavors in the bread/cake itself. There are also some very small
round balls of a spice sprinkled on it, a millimeter or less in
diameter.

It's very good- I'm going to take it with me to work Monday, and
hopefully get R&M to get me more next time they go to the stotre, but
I'd really like to know what it's called.
