Thanks.  I passed along that suggestion (or writing care of her
foundation) some time ago, along with other conventional approaches.
I think the patron is hoping for somethng faster and more direct, such
as the phone number of Alice Waters personal assistant (if she has
one).  At this point, I consider that I've done all that I can, and
the Powers That Are Above Me concur.
