I got my computers back! Both of my computers went down with two very ugly 
computers. I have been keeping up with my emails on my Blackberry. But, writing 
long pithy emails on a Blackberry is bit tough and laborious. A couple quick 
thank yous!

To Johnna and Stefan: Thank you for the links and recommended books on the 
rotten meat subject. It has spring boarded into a lengthy discussion on revised 
history. I did print on my own printer the Folligum files and they are now in 
the school archives. 


Thank you Kiri and the rest for the recommendation on how to store wine. I agree 
that wine should be stored in the tummy. In the mean time the wines have found a 
new home safely stored on their sides.
