I am going to try to make Amaretti cookies and the recipe calls for three cups blanched slivered almonds which are ground up into a meal. My question is, has anyone ground up 3 cups of almond slivers and measured the meal? I have almond meal already and was hoping to save me a trip to the store for the slivers. Thank you, De
