[Sca-cooks] xmas dinner and loot

No food related loot here, unless you count a very very large box of
chocolates...

But for Christmas dinner we had....

A Guinness glazed ham with Cumberland sauce
Quails marinated in hoisin sauce
Avocado potato salad
Lentil, beetroot and bocconcini salad
Waldorf salad
A green salad

With a pavlova and an almond croissant pudding for dessert. They were
forecasting 34C for Christmas Day, but it ended up only being about 28C and
rather pleasant.
