[Sca-cooks] Possibly OOP--Moravian bakery items (Winston Salem, NC)

I am wondering if anyone out there knows anything about the 
origins for some of the wonderful bakery items found at the 
Moravian bakery in Old Salem (Winston-Salem, NC).  Obviously
the Moravians came to this country after period but I would
think that some of these items (such as the buns for the
Christmas love feast) would have originated in the "old country."
Does anyone out there have any other information about this
or a source for information and recipes?  I was thinking that
it might be nice to try to duplicate the Love Feast buns for
Christmas (although I know I could order them on line too).
