[Sca-cooks] Khazaria

Thanks.  Originally I had planned for my persona to be from Khazaria and I
did a lot of research but then I was told I couldn't have any of the names I
wanted so I'm gonna have to move - I'm waiting for some help from the
Academy of Saint Gabriel before making any final decisions.
