[Sca-cooks] My cheese class is next Saturday!

I was able to get everything pulled together for my cheese making class (the
inspiration came from here) and we are going to be learning how to make
fresh mozzerella on February 13th...while most of our kingdom is gone off to
war and the rest of us are stuck at home.

We are also having a cheese tasting table on cheeses that the instructors
have already made and have aged for awhile.  I am hoping that this goes off
well because then I want to develop a series of classes similar to this one
including-  advanced cheese making and sausages!

I am planning on taking lots of pictures where I can share this wonderful
day with all of you!
