I went to the efooddepot site and searched starch found these interesting names & descriptions (intriguing?)
Whole wheat flour (wheat starch)
Tapioca Starch (Sagu) - Bot Hang
Mung Bean Flour
- Starch
Tapioca starch is also known as
tapioca flour
Potato Starch
(Tapioca Starch)
Mondamin Starch Flour
All Binder/Starch
Once you are down to the starch (just starch as refined as we get it these days) does it matter the source or is it chemically the same?

I found wheat starch online at eFoodDepot.com for $1.55 for 12ozs. This is cheap!
