[Sca-cooks] freezing flat bread

Are these soft flatbreads, or the crispier ones?
 I regularly make the harder breads, and either dry them to something more crackerlike, or freeze them in a leathery state. They either seem to last forever (a long time anyway) or the people I feed them to don't know any better.
