I'm guessing Ana means the areas that are known in modern times by those
names.  I might add Egypt and the Arabian penninsula as well.

I wouldn't limit myself to one area unless asked to.  But that's just me.
Something to consider is that different areas had similar items, maybe
called something slightly different or made slightly different, but
basically they are the same.  Same as any other close communities.
