[Sca-cooks] Classes at Pennsic

I am making a big guess here, since I was not involved, but Pennsic is a
"private" event and not an SCA event so they can have rules that apply just
to them.

It seems that the decision was made without populace input or not much of it
because this is the first I have heard of it.

IMO it's a very sad thing because now a 16 year old cannot attend an
embroidery class unless one of their guardians is willing to go along.
