[Sca-cooks] burrbreade

Scottish shortbread.  The consistency is similar to a biscuit (U.S. rather 
than English), but with more spicing.  It makes great strawberry short cake.

Allegedly Medieval, but I give it the Scot's verdict, Not Proven.
