[Sca-cooks] Bananas

The current price of bananas in Tulsa, OK, is 57 cents a pound (67 cents a pound for organic).  We're closer to that inland port than Bear is, but most of our consumer goods are trucked in.

 

I worked for a produce distributor for  couple of years.  The bananas arrived green, and we ripened them in the warehouse.
