Having a chicken roasting above other foods, as

mentioned in the banana dish really makes this

item look perfect. Of course it is designed to

keep the chicken out of its drippings and crisp all

around as well as to roast vegetables under, but

it would be ideal for the Arabic sweets recipes as

well.

Yes, it is a bit pricey, but I'm now tempted to get one.
