There is a sausage that is green because of the fresh herbs used. All I know
is that it has ground pork, roasted green peppers and herbs and is made
somewhere south of the US border. Perhaps Suey is too far south of the
border. :)

Take regular chorizo sausage and place on countertop at room temperature.
