[Sca-cooks] Protectorate Feast

Given the facilities, I'll be trying to get everything I can done in 
advance.  Since we have the site for the weekend, the on-site baking will be 
done on Friday.  Fortunately, I've catered a wedding out of this kitchen, so 
I have a good idea of what I need to get the job done.
