I hate to say it but the titles in Catalan run together.

I looked it up and there's one that was actually published and listed
in Worldcat as
Llibre del coc : de la Canonja de Tarragona

Author:	Roberto de Nola; Josep Recasens i Tuset; Joan Serra Vilaró;
Catedral de Tarragona.; Serra y Russell (Firm)
Publisher:	Barcelona : Serra i Russell, 1935.

Notes: Printed in red and black; Gothic type; initials; bound in
vellum with gilt lettering and decoration. Limited edition of 105
copies, 5 on parchment, 100 on paper. Description: [V] LVIII leaves :
ill. ; 18 cm. Other Titles: Libre del coch, Llibre del Coc
de la Seu de Tarragona

105 copies-- one at Harvard and one at Wisconsin.

Coleman Andrews mentions it in Catalan Cuisine where he subtitles it as
"Cookbook of the Canon of Tarragona".

Also mentioned in Cuina medieval catalana: història, dietètica i cuina
By Eliana Thibaut i Comalada (Valls, Tarragona : Cossetània
Edicions, 2006. 382 p. )
(I really wish someone would publish her books in English.)

Mentioned in Thomas Gloning's bibliography.

Let me do some more checking but I haven't found a link on the title
and the term SCA.
Maybe no one has ever checked out an actual copy; of course being as
rare as it is....

I'll be back.
