[Sca-cooks] Green Sausage: Was white sausage kebabs

Greetings!  Here's a picture of some green sausage from Argentina:

The main color is from spinach, said the clerk in the store.  I don't 
recall all the other spices that were mentioned.  These were in a shop 
in the San Isidro district near Buenos Aires where I was visiting my 
daughter last year.
