As close as we can get,. probably. Ottoman cuisine is the cuisine of a Turkic-speaking multinational Empire whose capital, at least (if not its heartland) is located in today's Turkey. Influences are widely different, from Mediterranean greek to Persian, but it's as close as you're liable to get.
