I've gotten to the point of not calling it "Irish" any more.
I've several different recipes...what we make depends on what
we're going to have it with. I just consider the bread a good
hearty quick bread. Farls, by the way, is a flattened and
quartered version of soda bread usually baked in a skillet...
ogten used in a good Ulster "fry up".
Ah, just go google it!
