[Sca-cooks] OT but need some help

When we bought our apartment in Santiago, Chile I bought Limoges Medard 
de Noblat from a dealer here. A demitasse cup broke. I threw it out 
cause the dealer promised me he would replace any broken item. Ha, ha. 
To date I cannot get it replaced. Replacements.com sends me a message 
weekly about anything but. My spouse even went to the factory in France 
and they could not help. - So what can one do?
