[Sca-cooks] Order of ingredients

I prefer seeing the ingredient listed once with the note that it's
divided right there.  I'd rather not prep 1 cup of diced onions, and
then later find out I need another amount of onion.  I'd like to get
it all out and ready at once, and divided into two piles, if
necessary.
