I just wanted to put out the word: I've been asked to cook a feast based on Joannes de Bockenheim's registrum coquine (the one with the omelet for ruffians and harlots) and took the opportunity of being stuck at home sick to do a full translation. There are a few points I'm still refining, but the first draft is here. It's a small text, just 75 short recipes, but if you want a copy, just ask.
