[Sca-cooks] Red Tail Deer

The red deer fill the same niche in Europe that the wapiti, the North 
american elk, do in North America.  There is a concern that the some of 
imported and farmed red deer in the U.S. and Canada will become feral and 
encroach on wapiti habitat.
