I finally had time to look at it this am.
The edition seems to be incomplete.
There's a gap between frame 1011243 Page 940
and frame  1011244 Page [1013].

(This same edition is up on EEBO for those that have access and can  
even be used through EEBO-TCP.)

Cindy Renfrow did of course prepare her very helpful
Culinary gleanings from John Gerard's Herball or General Historie of  
Plantes.
