[Sca-cooks] OT: Right Noble Guild

I hear it now and then from acquaintances with Southern/Appalachian 
origins.  "That's right handy" comes to mind.  Having read that 
speech in that area of the country still has more of the Elizabethan 
patterns I suppose that is the reason.
